Orders

CAN I ADD SOMETHING ELSE TO MY ORDER?

We are not able to add items to orders that have already been submitted. This is a security feature to protect your credit card transaction. Our system does not store your credit card on file; therefore, extra items cannot be added to an order. Please double check that your cart is complete before making your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Print journals can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering. Email ashley@undoubtedgrace.com for assistance. Printable orders can not be canceled.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/IMPERFECT PRODUCT...WHAT DO I DO?

Damaged or imperfect products must be unused and reported within 2 weeks of delivery to qualify for a replacement. 

Please visit our contact page and be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product as well as the shipping container.

Damaged items from international orders will be refunded and not replaced

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs will range based on shipping location. But typical costs should range between $5-10 for standard shipping to the continental United States. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide!
All of our products, however, will be viewed and purchased online in US dollars. The customer is responsible for all duties and customs. These vary from country to country. Contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc. Shipping times vary depending on the country.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR THE ORDER?

We cannot guarantee it. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away and we will check if it is able to be changed.

MY ADDRESS WAS INCORRECT AND NOW MY ORDER IS BEING "RETURNED TO SENDER."

If an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the total minus the original shipping costs will be refunded.
If a customer wishes to re-ship a returned order, they will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

WHAT IS TYPICAL SHIPPING TIME?

We ship orders Monday-Friday. Our typical processing time is 5-7 business days. These times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. We always strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

For Domestic Orders:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it could take anywhere from 1-7 days for domestic shipping. We have printing centers located world-wide including France, Poland, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. We ship domestically via a variety of methods including USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority and UPS Ground.
For International Orders:
Once your order is printed, it may take anywhere from 1-12 weeks for your shipment arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies. The average International Order arrives in approximately 3 weeks.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please read all product descriptions carefully and thoroughly before purchasing. Refused shipments are subject to a restocking fee. Please contact customer service for more details. Should you have any questions, please contact us and we will gladly answer your questions about a product prior to purchasing. Additionally if you have any issues with your order please contact us.
